Day #1

I'll update this throughout the day the day with pictures of what I've eaten.

This was my breakfast today at 7:30am
Premier Protein Vanilla Shake 160 calories (30g protein)
1 cup coffee with 3 packs truvia and 1 tbsp SF Vanilla Creamer

This was my lunch at 12:30pm
4 pork and chicken links 170 calories
1/2 c white mushrooms (measured before cooked)
2 egg whites and 1 whole egg scrambled in 1/4 tsp coconut oil 104 calories for the eggs
1 ultra thin mild cheddar cheese 45 calories
Diet Green tea

This would be my snack I had after a walk around the neighborhood with my boys and dog =)
Probably around 3:40
Apple- 95 calories
Reduced Fat Colby jack chese- 60 calories

This lil guy get pretty red anytime we walk or he runs around playing. =(
He's always begging to push his lil brother.


Annd this would be my dinner. Ate quite a bit later than normal but that's because I had my weigh in and stopped at Kohls to buy a pair of shoes.
 Chocolate Shake- 160 calories
Chocolate Peanut Butter bar- 200 calories

These would be the new shoes =)

I am down 6 lbs this week.

  1. Eggs and sausage - yum. I am getting ideas (and getting hungry) from viewing everyone else's food selections for the day.

    1. I feel the same way looking at everyone else's food and seeing the stuff they're eating that I can't have right now!

  2. Those shoes are too cute! Are they Adidas? I'm always on the lookout for new running shoes :)

    1. Thank you. I LOVE them. They are Adidas and they're extremely comfortable. It's been hard for me to find good shoes without paying a whole lot of money (I wear a size 11 lol)
