Day #3

Looks like today is going to be a bit nicer (it's not so muddy out now)
Soo the boys and I will be going to the park/nature preserve. It's 10 minutes from my house and we've never been before. Hopefully it'll be as awesome as it sounds/looks.
I hope the pup is okay while we're gone though, poor little girl is having some troubles =(


Breakfast was early this morning!
6:40am.
1 Cup coffee, 3 truvia, 1 Tbsp SF Italian sweet cream 
Chocolate Shake

I have been gone for most of the day so I haven't had time to update until now.

Had lunch around 1:00pm
Chocolate Shake- 160 calories
Diet Mixed berry green tea
Revolution bar- 180 calories

This was our awesome view for lunch today!!
 You know...I never thought just losing 30 lbs would make me feel this much better already (I've been at this weight before..but I guess I don't really remember it?) We walked an trails for over an hour (that's quite a while for these two, the little one gets so tired sooo easily) Anyway so the losing weight made this whole adventure today so much better. I could walk the trails without feeling like I was going to die. I've still got a long ways to  go but this is a good start.


4:00pm snack
 1 apple
Water with mio
RF colby jack cheese

I am beyond excited...I received 3 boxes at my door today..
I got 3 of each bar and 6 vanilla/6 chocolate shakes. =D

Dinner was late today too! 6:30pm
 1.5 c salad
2  tbsp lite 3 cheese ranch
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
about 4 oz cajun seasoned alaskan pollock 90 calories
1 cup (measured before cooked) mushrooms cooked in 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce.

Yup I'm a sucker and had a small snack
1 cup coffee, 3 truvia, 2 tbsp SF Vanilla
SF Chocolate pudding

Total calories for today 1,005 somehow I made a mistake adding it up earlier

    I love that you do the protein shakes. I love 'em. I know that the "clean eaters" will scoff at them sometimes, but...man...I don't know where I'd be without protein shakes/bars! They're also great when you're short order cooking for two little boys and you lose time for yourself. Love 'em!

    Oh goodness, I don't know what I'd do without them right now. I grew up not eating veggies (or anything super healthy for that matter) so it's been hard trying to get myself to like a lot of it. These definitely have been helping out SOOO much.
