Day #4

So I'm a bit late today on posting!
But I have been gone almost all day long (left around 10am-6pm)
My mother and I took the boys and my sister to the park/nature preserve again today.
We ended up on a 4 mile hike. It was a tad cold but still fun.

One thing I forgot to mention!! I tried on 5 pairs of capris/pants today and they all fit!!
Okay so I'm still shopping in the complete fatass section..but before now I only had one pair of JEANS that fit me. So I am a tad happy. At least it goes to show that I am losing weight.

8:00am breakfast
1 cup coffee with 3 truvia and 1 tbsp SF vanilla creamer
Chocolate protein bar- 280 calories (oh my goodness...I'm not sure I cared for this! It had a bit too much sugar and made me feel just...gross)

Lunch 1:00pm
I drank half of the shake which made it 95 calories
1/2 of the Choco mint crisp 95 calories
(I didn't get a picture of the halves because we were out on our hike so this  will have to do)

3:00 snack
This is a repeat picture since I didn't have one from today.
1 apple
1 RF colby jack cheese

7:00 dinner (I HATE eating dinner this late!!!)
4oz pork chop
1.5 c salad
2 tbsp FF Italian
1 Cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

8:00 "snack"
1 cup coffee, 4 truvia
1 tbsp SF vanilla and 1 tbsp SF hazelnut

Total calories: 895
I have to admit...I am still hungry right now. I don't want to eat anything though it's too late.
Maybe I'll have a bit more almond milk or just some flavored water.

  1. Yay to all 5 pairs of pants/capris fitting! I've never tried Truvia - is it similar to Splenda?

    1. This is the first time in 3 years I have been able to go try on jean capris/pants that fit! I LOVE truvia. It's a bit similar to splenda but the taste is a little different.

  2. I just came back from the grocery store and ALMOST picked up the Truvia, but since I don't really use sugar or splenda all that often I passed (for now). Generally in cooking if I need sweetener I'll use Agave.

    1. How is agave better than any other sugar or sugar syrup derived from plants (as just about all of them are)?

    2. If I didn't use it everyday in my coffee I probably wouldn't buy it. How is Agave? I've never tried it.
