Day #6

I bought some of those resistance tubes the day before yesterday.
I am too broke to buy weights and too broke to afford the gym. The tubing was only $5.99.
I tried it out yesterday working on my arms (since I'm REALLY concerned about the lack of muscle strength I have) Let me say..my arms are pretty sore today. BUT if I want to make a career out of being an emt I need more upper body strength so hopefully this is going to help me out. =)

I wanted to get out and do some stuff with the boys today but it's still muddy.

    1. Not sure what healty is but it is now changed to healthy. That's what happens when I don't go back over what I have typed. Thanks for pointing it out.

  2. My guess is that getting dizzy is due to less than 1,000 calories per day.

    1. I usually eat around 1,050-1,150 a day but the I have days that are little lower (recently anyway) It's been happening even when I've eaten over 1,000. But one of the signs of dehydration is dizziness so that's why I'm thinking the lack of water is causing it.
